Project : Breeze Point Landing, Warren, PA

The development plan began after the City officials saw what had been accomplished in nearby Meadville. The development consists of affordable and market rate housing, commercial spaces, service spaces such as the Aging Services center, tourism facilities, office space, recreation and entertainment facilities and infrastructure improvements. The design utilizes urban land planning techniques, green building technology and sustainable design features.

Former abandoned warehouse space is converted into a convention center and hotel. UpStreet Architects was the architect for the housing facilities and Thomas R. Harley was the Architect for the parking garage, commercial buildings and convention center. The urban master plan was completed by Thomas R. Harley, Architects.

Numerous funding sources were involved from local, regional, state and federal sources such as PHFA, USDA Rural Development, and DCED, among many others.
