Project : IMPACT Meadville, PA

The development involves three city blocks of downtown Meadville, PA adjacent the the town’s active Market House. The development plan began with the decision to revitalize the former Kepler Hotel with commercial street level spaces and for sale condominium’s on the second and third floors. The development spurred with the addition of the Taylor House private club building as part of a relocation of the Kepler Building’s anchor tenant.

UpStreet Architects was the architect for the Kepler Hotel and the Townhouses.

Numerous funding sources were involved from local, regional, state and federal sources such as PHFA, USDA Rural Development, and DCED, amoung many others.

The City of Meadville contributed infrastructure improvements. The urban master plan was completed by Thomas R. Harley, Architects.
